Re-do/Refund Policy

  • All claims require original receipt and must be made within 60 days of invoice date so try your garments on after you pick them up.
  • Alterations not pinned in shop by staff will be re-done at half the cost of the original alterations.
  • Alterations done on garments that have not been pre-laundered (in order to ensure garment has pre-shrunk) will be re-done at half the cost of the original alteration.
  • In the event of damage to garment that is not repairable, original alteration cost will be refunded, the garment cost will be paid to the customer and then becomes the property of the shop. Original garment receipt is required in the case of a new garment or a mutually agreed upon price will be paid for a used garment.
